Alco 251 is a 4-stroke diesel engine used in diesel locomotives. Its cylinder configuration can be 6L, 8V, 12V, 16V, and 18V. Featuring a durable cylinder head casting, this rugged engine offers exceptional commonality of components, and affords high specific output with low specific fuel consumption.
