- Powder Metallurgy Brake Pads
Powder metallurgy types are suitable for various electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, EMU (electric multiple units), DMU (diesel multiple units), and so on.
Based on friction features, railway brake shoes of powder metallurgy types can be divided into three categories: low friction, standard friction, and high friction.
The main dimensions include: 180mm×132mm×21mm, 198mm×70mm×40mm, 198mm×80mm×40mm, 200mm×80mm×40mm, 352mm×80mm×43mm, 352mm×80mm×45mm, 440mm×86mm×50mm, etc.
- Composite Brake Pads
Railway brake shoes of composite types have the advantages of strong braking capability, long life, light weight, and sparkle free when braking, so they are suitable for various electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, city light railways, metro, and so on.
Such brake shoes are made of new asbestos free metals. The friction part is consisted of adhesive, enhanced fiber, inorganic fillers and metallic fillers.
Based on friction features, composite pads can be divided into two categories: low friction and high friction.
